Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers get a link over WhatsApp (or from staff) and open it in any browser to see their live queue status. They can also enable browser notifications.
Which businesses is this for?
Any business with a waiting line — clinics, restaurants, banks, salons, post offices, retail counters and service desks. The intake fields and terminology adapt to your business.
How are wait times estimated?
From your average service time and the number of counters serving in parallel, updated as the queue moves.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is our primary customer channel. Customers can also opt in to free browser (Web Push) notifications on their status link.
What happens if a customer doesn’t show up?
You can set an optional grace time. Customers who are called but don’t arrive within it are automatically marked as no-show — or you can remove them manually.
Do queue numbers reset every day?
Yes. Each queue starts fresh at #1 every business day, automatically. Staff just add customers.
Can I try it before paying?
Absolutely — the Free plan lets you run a live queue with WhatsApp notifications at no cost.
